Can I cancel or receive a full refund after placing my order?
Yes, if order is returned & full. If order is cancelled before deadline time. Go to Contact Us and a representative will help you.
When can I have my order Delivered?
We have multiple days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. 
When can I Pick Up my order at a pickup location instead of my home?
Pick Up is Available on delivery days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
When is my last chance to order for the next order or pickup delivery?
Before the following deadlines: Tuesday at 12pm for Thursday and Friday delivery / Friday at 12pm for Sunday and Monday delivery.
Do you offer alternate pick-up times?
No, all pick up orders will be available for the location's listed and their hours.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County & Orange County.
What time will I receive my delivery?
If you select delivery days Monday or Friday, your order will be delivered between 8AM-12PM. If you select delivery days Thursday or Sunday, your order will be delivered between 12PM to 4PM.
When do I need to pick up my food?
You have 7 days to pick up your order, any orders left after 7 days will be removed and you will be contacted.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No, all orders must be submitted online only.
Can I order by person?
No, all orders must be submitted online only.
How do I use my discount code?
In the check page, there will be a discount space to submit your code.
How long do I microwave my food?
We recommend to microwave meals for up to 2 Minutes
